Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. You may qualify for a money back return only if all conditions below are net

• The item is return within 7 days of delivery 
• The hair is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging 
• The item shows zero signs of wear or manipulation 
• If the product does not meet these conditions the return will be denied

How to start a Return 

to begin the process, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Email us at Sugarbundlesboutique@gmail.com please include your order number -photos of product and reason for return. Our team will respond within  24-48 hours with instruction 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping cost are non refundable

• Express Shipping (USA) 1-3 business days after processing 
• International shipping 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs.
