• The hair is   unopened,unused and in its original packaging 
• The item shows zero signs of wear or manipulation

How to start a Return 

to begin the process, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Email us at Sugarbundlesboutique@gmail.com please include your order number -photos of product and reason for return. Our team will respond within  24-48 hours with instruction 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping cost are non refundable.
