Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. You may qualify for a money back return only if all conditions below are net
- The item is return within 7 days of delivery
- The hair is unopened,unused and in its original packaging
- The item shows zero signs of wear or manipulation
- If the product does not meet these conditions the return will be denied
